- Explain the importance of a balanced diet and hydration.

- Ask students to share what they know about healthy eating and physical activities.

### Main Activity (25 minutes):
1. **Cardiovascular Circuit Training (15 minutes):**
- Set up stations around the gym: jump rope, high knees, jumping jacks, squats, push-ups.
- Divide students into small groups and assign each group to a station.
- Students spend 2 minutes at each station, performing exercises. Rotate after every interval.
2. **Cool Down and Breathing Exercises (5 minutes):**
- Lead students through static stretching to relax muscles.
- Teach deep breathing exercises for relaxation.
3. **Healthy Choices Game (5 minutes):**
- Create a game where students answer questions or participate in small activities related to making healthy lifestyle choices.
